Join us for a fun evening of spirit tasting and hear an update of the results of the ALPMA 2018 Salary Survey.  These results will shed light on key HR issues expected to be faced by Law Firms in the coming year. 

The ALPMA Legal Industry Salary & HR Issues survey provides comprehensive, independent data on actual salaries paid for up to 65+ legal, management and support roles at Australian and New Zealand law firms so that you can compare your compensation strategy with like firms. As well as covering the current issues in HR, benefits, bonuses, staffing profiles, salary data, anticipated salary increases and recruitment intentions, this year’s survey was expanded to include more information on bonuses paid and parental leave.
