Event Overview

While we know how important client feedback is to a practice actually getting a program underway can prove a little difficult. There’s often questions about when, who, how often, what to ask, and what to do with feedback. 

In this session Sue-Ella will respond to these frequently asked questions (and any other thorny issues raised on the day) and provide practical proven solutions which can be executed by any sized legal practice . 

This discussion will be relevant to:

  3. Professionals charged with client engagement in their firm

Since then she has been a member of global client feedback steering committees for Arthur Andersen and Baker & McKenzie. In 2012 Sue-Ella completed the Net promoter Score accreditation course in London and continues to help firms establish programmes, analyse results and develop ideas.
