Event Overview

The new legal marketplace is different – new business models, new workforce and a new breed of legal leaders. In this presentation, Terri Mottershead will briefly identify the key trends shaping change inside and outside the legal industry and discuss how this is impacting the structure, operation, development and people in legal organisations. Terri will also discuss, analyse and encourage you to share your experience about how these changes have spawned a new breed of legal leaders, those whose capabilities are intricately connected to a firm’s ability not just to survive but thrive in the new normal.
