Delivery Policy
Following successful registration and payment, confirmation e-mails will be sent as follows:
For single person booking
To the nominated e-mail address, confirmation of the events booked, including a tax invoice.
For group bookings
To the nominated e-mail address of each of the group members, confirmation of the events booked
To the nominated e-mail address in the group booking account, confirmation of the events booked for each person in the group plus a tax invoice for the total payment.
Security Policy
For credit card transactions, ALPMA adds security by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This means that the credit card information you send is encrypted by your computer, and then decrypted again on our side, preventing others from accessing your private information in between. So, when using an SSL capable browser, purchasing/paying on ALPMA's website is the safest kind of transaction possible with a credit card.
