Award Submission

Seldon Gill Consulting and the Australian Legal Practice Management Association offers each year an award to recognise the achievement of a law firm in improving their performance.

Awards are offered in two categories:

• Large firms where the firm employs more than 20 full time non-fee earning staff
• Small firms where 1 - 20 full time non-fee earning staff are employed.

The Seldon Gill Business Services Career Development Award is a joint initiative by Seldon Gill Consulting and the Australian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) to recognise firms within the Australian legal profession that have developed initiatives to support the careers of their non-fee earning professionals.

SUBMISSION DETAILS

Award Submissions will be judged on originality and tangible outcomes from the initiatives submission in your case study.

Please provide a case study on an initiative that your firm has implemented to develop the careers or non-fee earning professionals. Exampleas may include one-off projects or ongoing programs.

In the case study, applicants must demonstrate: how teh initiative was developed; launching the initiative; budget vs actual spend; results; feedback from staff; and ROI [i.e. retention rates etc.]
