ALPMA National Bench Marking Survey launches! - reporting on relative measures this report benchmark
ALPMA are delighted to announce our inaugural performance benchmarking study of Australian law firms. This benchmarking study is being undertaken with assistance from our friends at Crowe Horwath.Whilst we appreciate that the market has a number of benchmarking surveys currently in circulation, we really would appreciate your time in completing this particular one. We feel that our quick and succinct survey will benefit members and non-members now with a report on relative measures.
It will provide law firms with the ability to benchmark the critical few measures that indicate the financial health of your practice against your peers. It will also provide a snapshot and a clear overview of your firm's relative performance and highlight areas of success and areas for improvement. You can also use the results to benchmark your firm as you currently move through your budgeting processes for the next financial year.
Importantly, ALPMA will be providing all participating member firms their benchmarking results at no charge. More information will be available shortly.
