Session 3 - Financial Fitness: Building muscle, losing fat and staying healthy
How do you rate your firms financial fitness? Many of us dread the outcome of our annual health check and it is usually the same old story, improve your diet and exercise. Deciding to start exercising is fruitless if you don't know which fitness program will help you to achieve best results. Similarly our firms like to know how much financial muscle they have, but few firms count the right number of steps to build a competitive and sustainable firm. In this current economic climate, credit risk is a major issue. This session will show firms how staying on the same "diet and exercise program" may not be the way to go and a new regime may be needed to get results and avoid the credit crunch. We will show you that like exercise, by doing nothing and expecting a different outcome, we are deluding ourselves. The evidence will speak for itself.
