Session 12B - Marketing on a Shoestring

 

 

…… Lawyers believe that 90% of their work comes from ‘word of mouth’ referrals, yet less than 3% of firms have a structured ‘word of mouth’ referral system set up. Most firms spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on events, brochures and web pages, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of dollars of time poured into tender document production.

The purpose of this presentation is to give firms an overview of how simple it is to design, ratify, implement and monitor a referral system that works. It also covers off a four point plan on “Alliance Marketing” with other professionals who share a similar client base.

The concepts are based on face to face interaction – and an unique points system that will take the highs and lows out of Business Development. If you can get referrers to become your “zero-cost sales-force”, then your marketing can be done on a shoestring.
