Meet Therese Fitzpatrick

Therese Fitzpatrick is the Program Manager for beyondblue’s National Workplace Program. Therese is an Occupational Therapist, who has experience working with people with mental health issues particularly within the workplace.

In her current role, Therese develops and implements training programs aimed at increasing awareness and reducing the stigma associated with, depression, anxiety, and related disorders with the aim of creating sustainable changes in attitudes within workplaces. This includes an industry specific program for those working in the Legal Profession.

beyondblue: the national depression initiative

beyondblue’s main aims are to raise awareness of depression, help to reduce the stigma associated with the illness and encourage people to seek help if they think they may be depressed.
