Rob Balmer is the Chairman and CEO of Executive Central, a national professional services firm specialising in leadership, sales and strategy development. Following an executive career spanning 25 years in the Engineering, IT, and Professional Services industries, Rob now leads some 30 senior consultants in his own organisation and has worked with more than 170 Australian and international organisations. He has co-authored two best selling books on the subject of executive leadership – “The Naked Executive” and “The High-Wire Executive”. Rob has extensively studied and developed an acute understanding of the role of executive leaders in inspiring and creating innovative cultures in their organisations.
