Paul’s background includes:
Managing employment services for Department Education, Employment and Workplace Relations for a number of years; including creating internationally award winning projects to provide employment and training programs for long term unemployed in the LaTrobe Valley of Victoria in collaboration with local employers, unions, council and community sector..
Owner/Director of own consulting business: Primary in Occupational Rehabilitation of people in receipt of various forms of private and public compensation payments; Tertiary level lecturing and tutoring in Occupational Rehabilitation; Development of Occ Rehab policy and procedures for employers – private and public sector
Manager Registered Charities for people with disabilities: including the Australian Quadriplegic Assoc.; Disability Support Services - Australia’s first fully funded attendant care program for people with a disability living independently in the community.
Youth Worker: Street based Youth Work in East Reservoir and East Preston Ministry of Housing estates.
Self described Industrial Relations “clean skin” however passionate about fairness not only in the workplace but across a range of issues.
