18 years experience as a solicitor, a consultant advisor to business and government, and as an academic Advisor to employers, government and unions on occupational health and safety and workplace relations management matters.
Chair of the Occupational Health and Safety Subcommittee of the Workplace.
Relations Section of the Law Institute of Victoria.
Conducted litigation in various courts and tribunals including Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of NSW, Federal Court of Australia, County Court of Victoria, Magistrates Courts in Victoria, Tasmania and NSW, VCAT, Federal Magistrates Court and various specialist industrial tribunals.
Keynote presenter at numerous seminars and symposia on safety and workplace management.
Author of a number of publications on employment law and industrial relations.
Paul has extensive experience advising employers on industrial relations, employment law, discrimination law and occupational health and safety issues.
He has advised a number of significant organisations, including government, on enterprise bargaining, employment contracts, employment policies and other workplace arrangements. He regularly conducts litigation in relation to industrial disputes, employment claims and occupational health and safety prosecutions.
Paul regularly presents seminars and briefings on workplace management and is the author of a number of publications about industrial relations and labour law.
