Meet Christian Hyland - Optim Legal

Christian is an MBA trained manager with a passion for ethical minded business. He brings experience in general management, marketing and business development to his role of Commercial Director with Optim Legal.

He honed his commercial skills helping to build businesses for small, medium and large enterprises before completing an MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW/Sydney University).

As an executive at Publishing & Broadcasting Limited, he led the transformation of a loss making business unit into a multi-million division delivering business services to several of Australia’s largest public listed companies. Later, as a business consultant he helped entrepreneurs commercialise ideas and establish sustainable enterprises.

Christian’s experience as a client of several major law firms during an eight year ‘tour of duty’ in commercial litigation inspired many of the ideas for improving the client service that he is putting into practice at Optim Legal.
