Meet Brook Burke

Brook Burke is a special counsel in the Corporate team at DLA Phillips Fox, Brisbane. He has more than 15 years experience as a solicitor in corporate and private practice. Brook's practice concentrates in the areas of general corporate advisory work and energy, with a particular focus on renewable and sustainable energy and carbon trading.

He has presented seminars on the potential impact of Australia's proposed Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme to local authorities and private enterprise and most recently Brook has advised the Government of Papua New Guinea on the implementation of their proposed carbon trading scheme, including drafting the proposed legislation
