Meet Annabelle Warren, Chairman Primary Communication

Annabelle shares twenty years experience in corporate strategy development and Asia Pacific communication programs. She has managed emergency communication projects for airlines and industrial companies, run long term issues campaigns for energy clients and overseen many disaster preparation and recovery activities.

Annabelle is chairman and senior counsel at Primary Communication, a leading B2B consultancy. She was Exec Vice President Asia Pacific with Hill and Knowlton based in Singapore, and also ran their China operation in 2001-2 during a time of massive market development.

Annabelle has a degree in communication from Charles Sturt University and an MBA from Deakin University. She started her career in marketing and media relations for IBM Australia before joining an international public relations company to consult in issues management and business-business communication.

She is also a recognised academic in the communication field. She ran the graduate and post-graduate organisational communication programs for Charles Sturt University for many years. She is currently president of the Public Relations Institute of Australia.
