program is designed to meet the practice management professional development needs of leaders at smaller and regional law firms in Australia and New Zealand. At ALPMA, we recognise that these firms face specific operating challenges, compounded by the changing legal landscape
- and this program provides you with practical, hands-on advice and strategies to help you ensure your firm thrives and prospers.

program includes a series of five lunchtime webinars, plus three live streamed events, where expert speakers are broadcast live online and to events held simultaneously in approximately 22 regional locations across Australia and New Zealand. The live streamed regional events run for approximately 1.5 hours, commencing
with networking over refreshments, followed by a guest speaker presentation.
If you cant' attend a live-stream broadcast event in person, you can attend on-line.

non-members for a small fee.
